Saarang brings over 11 years of experience in real estate management, with the last 7 years dedicated to transforming Embassy Services Pvt Ltd (ESPL) into one of India’s most trusted real estate management firms. He currently oversees operations spanning 130 million square feet across 13 states and has been instrumental in ESPL’s growth through operational excellence, innovation, and strategic diversification.

In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, Saarang played a key role in expanding ESPL’s footprint across a wide range of asset classes—including business parks, airports, high commissions, data centres, co-working hubs, hospitality, retail, residential communities, and educational institutions. Under his leadership, ESPL also diversified its service offerings to include Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Renewable Energy Advisory, addressing the evolving needs of modern real estate portfolios.

In 2016, ESPL took a significant step by integrating TCFM into its ecosystem, followed by the acquisition of Paledium Security Services in 2024. Looking ahead, Saarang remains committed to a philosophy of backward integration, with a vision to position ESPL as a one-stop, full-stack services provider in the real estate management industry.
